1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or purchasing any course from inSAKE Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. License to Use
InSAKE Academy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes upon registration and payment. Sharing your login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Placement Assistance Policy
At inSAKE Academy, our primary mission is to empower students through skill development. While we offer placement assistance to eligible students, it's imperative to understand that we do not guarantee job placements. Placement assistance is a privilege extended only to students who meet all the following stringent criteria:
Full Course Completion: Students must complete 100% of every course they have enrolled in. Partial completion or skipping any module renders a student ineligible.
Mandatory Live Session Attendance: Attendance in all live sessions is compulsory. Missing even a single live session, regardless of the reason, will disqualify the student from receiving placement assistance.
Timely Assignment Submission: All assignments must be submitted on time within the course duration. Late submissions or incomplete assignments will result in disqualification from placement assistance.
Adherence to Course Timelines: All course requirements, including assessments and projects, must be completed within the stipulated course duration. Extensions or delays are not permitted.
Important Notes:
No Exceptions: These criteria are non-negotiable. Failure to meet any one of them will result in the forfeiture of placement assistance.
Verification Process: inSAKE Academy reserves the right to verify the completion status, attendance records, and assignment submissions before extending placement assistance.
No Retroactive Assistance: Students who become eligible after rectifying any of the above shortcomings will not be considered for placement assistance retroactively.
By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to adhere strictly to this Placement Assistance Policy. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our placement support services.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by inSAKE Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of inSAKE Academy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
inSAKE Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
