Terms of Use

By signing up on the insakeacademy.com Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Effective Date: January 2023

Welcome to inSAKE Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering, purchasing, or accessing any of our courses, mentorship programs, or digital learning services on https://www.insakeacademy.com, you (“student,” “user,” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Refund Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and inSAKE Academy under the applicable laws of India.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By signing up, enrolling, or using our platform:

  • You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
  • You understand that all our programs are digital, educational, and non-transferable in nature.
  • You agree that by clicking “I Agree” during signup, these terms automatically become legally binding.
2. Nature of Services inSAKE Academy offers professional education and mentorship programs, including the flagship Financial Analyst Mentorship Program, which comprises 9+ integrated courses designed to build end-to-end financial analyst capabilities. All programs are hosted on our secure learning platform, which allows for structured, sequential learning through pre-recorded video lectures, assignments, and assessments.

3. Structured Learning Model Our platform follows a structured and progressive learning model to ensure conceptual flow and accountability: each course consists of a series of modules that must be completed in sequence. For example, Module 2 unlocks only after Module 1 is completed and its assignment is approved by the mentor. If a student fails to complete or submit an assignment, subsequent modules remain locked automatically. Students are responsible for progressing through the modules and completing the course in a timely manner. The academy does not send daily reminders; self-discipline and accountability are part of the learning experience.

 4. Course Access and Usage Students receive individual access credentials to the learning platform. These credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any sharing, duplication, or unauthorised distribution of course content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate account suspension. All content is delivered in recorded format, and live or mentor sessions are supplementary support components. All official communication must be made only via email to team@insake.in or support@insake.in. Messages or calls on WhatsApp or social media are not recognised as valid official communication.

5. Course Content and Academic Rights inSAKE Academy reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or restructure any course material, module, or assignment at any time based on academic or professional judgment. Some portions of the course may include external, freely available educational references (such as YouTube videos, case studies, or open datasets) purely for learning enhancement. The inclusion of such materials is in compliance with Fair Use Educational Provisions under Indian copyright law and does not constitute misrepresentation or substitution of proprietary content

6. Course Completion and Evaluation Students must complete 100% of the modules, assignments, and projects to be considered as having successfully completed the program. Partial completion (e.g., finishing one or two modules) does not provide a valid basis for complaint, feedback, or refund requests. Course quality, content effectiveness, or placement eligibility can only be judged after full completion of the program.

7. Placement Assistance Policy Placement assistance is an additional support service provided to qualified learners. It is not a guaranteed outcome unless expressly stated in writing. Eligibility for placement assistance requires completion of all modules and assignments, active participation in mentorship, professional conduct, and communication via official channels. Failure to meet any of these conditions automatically disqualifies a student from placement support.

8. Payment Terms: Fees are payable in full or through an authorised instalment plan before activation of access. Once access is granted, the course is considered consumed in part and therefore non-refundable. Pricing, offers, and payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Issue Resolution and Escalation Workflow inSAKE Academy follows a structured issue-resolution process for all student concerns to ensure fairness and transparency:

  1. Operations Team – Initial verification of payment or access-related concern.
  2. Course Investigation Team – Academic and technical review of the issue.
  3. Legal & Compliance Team – Review of eligibility under the Terms and Refund Policy.
  4. Refund/Resolution Initiation Team – Final stage for approved cases (if applicable).
This process may require multiple internal reviews, and students are expected to wait patiently during evaluation. Refunds are not guaranteed, and as per policy, digital enrollments are non-refundable. The seven-day timeline applies to acknowledgement, not refund completion.
10. Student Accountability Students are responsible for completing the course within the provided validity period. Lack of motivation, discipline, or time management is a personal factor and cannot be grounds for a refund or complaint. The academy provides full access, support, and mentorship, but the responsibility for results lies with the learner.

11. Modifications to Terms inSAKE Academy reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Use and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued access implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Limitation of Liability inSAKE Academy and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our courses or services. All content is provided “as is” for educational and professional development purposes only.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka
