Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2023

At inSAKE Academy, our programs are structured digital learning products delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS). Once access to our LMS is granted, refunds are generally not applicable, except under specific, verifiable conditions. 1. Non-Refundable Courses

Refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:

  • The student changes their mind or is dissatisfied after accessing the course materials.
  • The student completes only part of the modules or assignments.
  • The student disputes the inclusion of external reference materials (e.g., YouTube videos used under educational fair use).
  • The student claims missing content without completing the prerequisite modules.
  • The student’s complaint arises from personal expectations, learning style, or time management issues.
2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only) Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
  1. Duplicate Payment – If the same transaction is charged twice due to a technical error.
  2. Access Failure – If payment was made, but course access was not provided within seven (7) working days due to a verified technical issue.
  3. Technical Malfunction – A confirmed platform error that permanently prevents access to the purchased course.
All such cases are subject to verification and approval by our Legal & Compliance Team.

3. Refund Evaluation Process Every refund or issue request goes through a structured internal review:

  1. Operations Team – Verifies payment and access details.
  2. Course Investigation Team – Reviews LMS activity and completion status.
  3. Legal & Compliance Team – Validates eligibility under our Terms of Use.
  4. Refund Initiation Team – Processes approved refunds (if any) within seven (7) working days of final approval.
Please note: the 7-day period refers to processing after approval, not from the initial date of request submission.

  4. Disqualification from Refund: Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Any part of the course content has been accessed.
  • Assignments or projects have been submitted.
  • Complaints relate to course quality, teaching style, or use of external educational material.
  • The student has not followed the official communication process.
5. Legal Safeguards False refund claims, defamatory statements, or misinformation about inSAKE Academy or its staff will be treated as violations under:
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (Defamation)
inSAKE Academy reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action in such cases. 6. Communication Policy For all official concerns or refund-related queries, students must contact:
📩 team@insake.in and support@insake.in
Only email correspondence is recognised as valid communication. Queries sent via WhatsApp, phone, or social media will not be considered official.
