Job Description 

  Essential Functions

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in budgeting and forecast processes and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices supporting and aligning efforts to meet Customer and business needs. 

 Provide all kinds of forecast vs actual analysis for internal and external stakeholders by conducting unique analysis for special and recurring projects.

 Preparation of internal/ external monthly executive summary report by creating and maintaining system queries to obtain financial data; analyzing data and presenting results in a standard format; and providing brief qualitative discussion of results.

 Responsibilities include finance business partnering with various technology functions and their leaders and providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control and P&L management, consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget.

Responsibilities will also include gathering, modeling, analyzing, and summarizing information into financial plans, operating forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis. 

 You will also need to do headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of global technology cross charges, reconciliation of accounts, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.

 Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

  Entry Requirements 

  Minimum Qualifications

· FP&A experience is mandatory. 

 · Experience in managing overall P&Ls and dealing with executive leadership is required. 

 · Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have a project lead role. Strong spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills and proficiency in SAP, BI, Essbase, and Hyperion Planning or similar financial systems.

 · Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, organizational skills, and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter is able to prioritize given responsibilities. 

 · Excellent financial modeling skills, knowledge of accounting principles, experience with accruals. 

 · Ability to prepare and present Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations of high complexity.

 · 8 or more years of relevant experience and MBA finance/CA degree preferred. CPA/CIMA qualifications desired.

 Experience Requirements : 7 to 12 Years
