Position : Customer Support Executive (Non Voice)
Experience : Range Fresher
Shifts Timings : Rotational Shift
Work Location : Work from Home in Hyderabad
Education Any Graduate. Preferably 2018,2019,2020 Passout
Type of Employment Contract(31st Dec)
Notice Period Interested to join immediately
Interview Process Written and Typing assessment, Video Conference Round, HR Discussion 
Primary Skill Set
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Excellent Analytic Skills
Passionate about customer service
Ability to multi-task managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Manage customer time / responsiveness
Schedule flexibility to work weekends and Night Shifts
A high level of empathy and understanding
A willingness to take initiative and ownership.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer contacts through non voice channels; gather and verify required information as appropriate
Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions to resolve all issues and concerns, provide world class customer service
Complete system documentation and tasks to assure follow through of appropriate actions.
Leverage tools and processes (including prepared responses) appropriately.
Strive to meet defined metrics for productivity, quality, and customer experience. And KPIs
Maintain thorough systems, network and product knowledge.
