Job Overview:- 

3 months Internship Project Scope 

 Project title: Streamlining the On boarding process 

Scope of the project:- 

 Need to understand the current on boarding process, discuss with all the sub BU Heads & department heads/global managers, gauge their expectation, consolidate them and come up with specific on boarding plan for different roles. § The on boarding plan will include common trainings/interactions with stakeholders & role specific trainings /interactions. § Develop a method to arrive at the effectiveness of the on boarding plan and give feedback to the stakeholders. 

Expected Duration:- 3 months 

Expected deliverables on completion of the project:- On boarding templates sub BU & function wise to be ready
