Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with clients.
  • Project management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in content management domain
  • Experience and comfort with Google Workspace products and industry standard content management tools
  • Working knowledge of inferring insights from data/reports
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Technical skills (required for developing content) plus analytical skills (to understand if content created is working as expected)

At gTech’s Users and Products team (gUP), our mission is to help users get the most out of Google. We represent the voice of Google's users and many of our partners globally, sharing insights with the larger Google organization to enable exceptional customer and product experiences.
 gUP builds innovative solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities. We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.
The gUP APAC Content team has ambitious goals of catering content for the Indian and emerging markets in APAC. India is amongst the top markets for Payments as well as Next Billion Users (NBU) products. Locally relevant content will play a big role in ensuring we are able to engage users on our products. We would like our Content Strategist to be able to support all new launches with zero leaks, identify improvements to content, design user friendly content interfaces, and execute projects to meet immediate business needs. Building excellent relationships with our stakeholders and global teams and work towards building for our APAC users will be top priority in this role.

Responsibilities 
  • Work with stakeholders in India, APAC and broader global teams to create content that works for the market. Be excellent in all core job deliverables - timely, fast and accurate. Be comfortable with taking and implementing feedback from stakeholders
  • Create intuitive and user friendly content designs and mocks for use by Product teams and verticals. Learn the products that are aligned for content.
  • Analyze overall health of the content for the product aligned to them. Proactively identify areas of improvement in existing content. Experiment and understand user trends on the current content.
