  Job Description 

•  · Hold a Bachelors/Master's in mechanical engineering and have minimum 12 years of experience in underground structures, metros and tunnels 
•  Have in-depth knowledge of appropriate mechanical systems particularly HVAC systems. 
• Experience in Drainage & firefighting would be an added advantage ·
• Have experience working on international projects including the heating systems 
•  Have hands on experience on software to carryout energy modelling and HVAC calculations. 
• Experience in BIM and Naviswork would be an added advantage particularly to place the major equipment and main route for the ducts/pipes in order to carry out the spatial planning 
• Be self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
