Job description
Concentrix is hiring for the Domestic Voice process for a leading automobile company.
The process deals with - Prospect generation for car Sales, Survey on Sales and Service of the leading Automobile company for PAN India dealership. Handle inbound calls related to Car Servicing appointments, Roadside assistance, customer grievance, etc.

Basic knowledge of the automobile industry
Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience - Fresher / any 6 months exp will be added advantage
Job Location - Chandivali (Work from office)
Shift Timings - 24*7
Hiring Boundaries - CSMT to Thane, CSMT to Mankurd, Colaba to Mira Road. Applicants should be okay to travel to the office.
