Job Description 

 1. What you will do: 

 ● Define the data platform to support new business models in the subscription business 

● Lead the data strategy of data set designs that unlocks analytics capabilities for B2C and B2B business models

 ● Develop frameworks for instrumentation, attribution, and reporting across multiple channels 

 ● Define intuitive UX for getting insights and enable reporting key metrics for core programs across the business 

 ● Integrate data from production and third party SaaS system into downstream data warehousing environments for consumption by analytics tools, products, data scientists, and analysts

 ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering 

● MBA or Masters in a technical discipline. 

Experience: 

 ● 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably for an e-commerce or subscription business focusing on Data. 

 ● Hands-on experience and proficiency with big data systems (Hadoop, Spark, Impala, etc.) and data related programming languages (SQL & Python) 

● Knowledge of data pipeline design, understanding of integration and data transformation standard methodologies 

● Good understanding of web analytics; previous experience with instrumentation and A/B testing a plus 

 ● Strong prioritization and project/ program management skills, including timely and proactive

 ● Leadership skills to influence peers, executives and see projects through to timely completion in an agile environment
