Job Position:- Associate/Process Analyst
Job Locations:- Bangalore & Shimoga
Salary Package:- 
For Bangalore – INR 2,25,000 Per Annum + Shift Allowance of Rs.7000 per month for working in US shift
For Shimoga – INR 2,13,000 Per Annum + Shift allowance applicable working during US shift

Eligibility Criteria:-
  Any Graduates and Post Graduates (Non Engineering) with 50% or above throughout academics and No Backlogs
  B.E/B.Tech, BSC, BCA only 2018 and 2019 are eligible if interested to work in BPO non voice process
  0-3 years experience

Primary Responsibilities:-
Work profile would be for Insurance/Finance related process.
All processes are non-voice and back end operations
Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and internet extensively.

Provide  excellent customer service to clients
Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to  details, self motivated and able to adapt in new challenges
Resolve  all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA
