Greetings from HCL BSERV!!! HCL BSERV is now hiring for International Voice process.
Roles and Responsibilities
To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claim/accounts. (No Sales involved)
Make/Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices/outstanding / orders .
Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) is Mandatory..
Freshers & Experience Max 4 Yrs.
Any UG/PG Graduation is mandatory. (without standing arrears)
Willingness to work in fixed US Shift (Night shits).
Preferred Immediate Joiners & Current Chennai location candidate.
Work Location HCL Tech Sholinganallur.
