Job Position:- Business Development Associate – Field Sales/Direct Sales 

Job Location:- Across India

Salary Package:-

• CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay)
• CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 10 LPA (INR 7LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3 LPA Variable)

Sector:- Direct Sales

Working Days:- Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)

Required Qualifications & Skills:-Must have:

• Any Graduation degree or All semester mark sheets bearing the final semester (only applicable for 2020 Graduates)
  2021 grads are not eligible for now.
• Willingness to build a career in sales domain
• Willingness to learn.

• Highly effective communication
• Strong conviction
• High energy and enthusiasm

• Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-on
• Good grasp of school curriculum and learning

• Bi-monthly incentive roll out
